Applegreen USA Welcome Centers is hiring for Team Member – Part-time/Full Time. You’ll deliver friendly service at travel plazas across the Northeast and Midwest, operate POS, and help with food prep and safety.

The role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 40 pounds, and flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Join a team that emphasizes customer focus, teamwork, and quality, with benefits including insurance, paid time off, and earned wage access.

Competenze

• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time.

Mansioni

• Provide friendly customer service by engaging with customers.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperatures.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks: prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
