Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, handle cash, and assist in food preparation at our travel plazas. You will help stock, clean, and maintain a welcoming environment for travelers across our locations.

Responsibilities include POS operations, food safety, kitchen tasks, and active upselling, with a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. This role emphasizes teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and engage with travelers.
• Operate point-of-sale system, process payments accurately, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures, including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperatures.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks such as prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Execute various other tasks as assigned.
