Wawa is seeking a Customer Service Associate (CSA) who greets customers with a friendly smile and delivers fast, caring service. You will prepare food items, operate the cash register, and help ensure our stores are clean, stocked, and welcoming.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to meet their needs quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items including breakfast, build-to-order sandwiches, beverages, pizzas, and keep coffee station organized.
• Operate the cash register, process payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure stores are stocked, shelves are fresh, full, and inviting.
• Follow policies and procedures to keep stores clean and safe.
• Perform store housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
