White Castle in Irvington, New Jersey is hiring entry-level team members to deliver fast, friendly service at the counter and drive-thru. No experience? No problem — we’ll teach you everything you need to know as part of our fourth-generation family business.

You’ll handle cash at the register, assist with fry/griddle stations, and keep areas sanitary while joining a team that values safety, growth, and a century of memorable moments for Cravers everywhere.

Qualifications

• You must love to smile, laugh and have fun on shift.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly.
• Enjoy working in a high energy, fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the register and drive-thru.
• Prepare orders and maintain sanitation standards.
• Operate fryer/griddle and other kitchen equipment as needed.
• Promote White Castle initiatives and contribute to team effort.
