Our locations feature advanced and high-performance large-capacity washers and dryers to ensure our customers can get cleaner clothes in a shorter time. We need detail-focused, vibrant talents to match the liveliness of our company. You will begin by becoming part of our Entry-level “SpinXpress Laundry Nerd” and grow into the roles of Spin Ambassador and SpinXpert, with appropriate compensations. We’re a values-driven organization. Our company is a platform for making impactful ecological and social modifications. What you will gain:

1. Part-time Employment but you can work as many shifts as you desire
2. Compensated Training: Earn $8/hour as an Entry-level Laundry Nerd. After training is done: Earn $10 - $12/hour + Commission, Bonuses & Benefits
3. Flexible Shifts: We will organize a work routine suitable for your timelines - cover morning, evening, weekend, and night shifts
4. Individual Mentoring: with various leaders in the business to help you obtain your individual goals
5. Talent Nurturing: assistance for our potential leaders to staff and assign roles for our ongoing company expansion
6. Access: to an internal social media app to link up with colleagues from other branches
7. Participate in competitive games with teammates and other stores, earning rewards for exceeding productivity targets

Compensation

• $8 (6-week training)
• $10 - $12 + Commission & Bonuses (Once training is completed)

4. Greet, Help, Thank our customers
5. Respond with urgency to customer inquiries, product and service questions along with any customer issues
6. Maintain a great visual presentation of our merchandise
7. Educate and share our services, products, and promotions - sharing value for our customers
8. Follow our company policies and procedures
9. Comply with our uniform dress code
10. Prioritize both Customer and Associate Safety
11. Report in a timely manner all equipment, machines, and building maintenance opportunities
