U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of its friendly service team. You will assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center, use U-Scan technology to manage rentals, inspect and move equipment, and answer questions to ensure smooth journeys.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Experience in customer service is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
