Job summary

U-Haul is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Beaverton, OR. You will be the face of our service team, assisting customers with rentals, equipment, and related products. The position offers on-the-job education and opportunities to advance as you gain experience.

Starting pay is $18 per hour with benefits and a focus on helping customers with friendly, reliable service. Training opportunities and certification programs are available during employment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and check fluids.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Propane fill (certification offered upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered upon employment).
• Other duties as assigned; participate in U-Haul University training.
