Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Gresham, OR. You will be the face of our service, helping customers with rentals, inspections, and equipment returns while leveraging U-Scan technology to manage inventory and bookings.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and availability on weekends and some holidays. Training and ongoing education through U-Haul University are provided.

• Availability on weekends and some holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot including fluid checks.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
