Job Title: Customer Service Engineer

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 (based on qualifications)

Position Summary

This position is responsible for providing field service for Domino Printing Equipment, managing customer relationships through commercial awareness, and contributing positively to the support team.

Location

Field Based

Main Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites, vendors, and Domino offices across the U.S.
• Provide onsite technical training, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Domino systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Offer telephone technical support, including after-hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Manage customer accounts, focusing on retention and growth.
• Develop customer loyalty and promote Domino products and services.
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to identify opportunities.
• Ensure effective communication and timely responses to internal and external customers.
• Manage inventory for parts and equipment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electronics or equivalent military experience.
• At least 2 years of related field service experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Physical Demands
