Customer Service Engineer 3 - Dallas, TX

Join us as a Customer Service Engineer 3 at Siemens Healthineers in Dallas, TX. This role involves servicing CT imaging equipment, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Service and maintain Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites.
  • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on medical imaging equipment.
  • Train operators to ensure effective use of systems.
  • Manage financial performance within your territory, including revenue, expenses, and inventory.
  • Maintain tools and test equipment, ensuring calibration and documentation are up-to-date.
  • Manage company assets such as vehicles, tools, and inventory.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to other Customer Service Engineers.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; technical degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience servicing diagnostic medical equipment.
  • Proficiency with tools, test equipment, and network applications.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently, including travel.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform other physical tasks.
