Job summary

Lavallee Systems is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to act as the central hub between customers, service technicians, and the office. This in‑person role reports to the Call Center Manager and focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while optimizing daily service schedules.

The position requires at least 2 years of dispatching or customer service experience, proficiency with ServiceTitan and MS Office, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service
• Experience in construction/mechanical company preferred
• Proficient with scheduling software and coordination between customers, techs, and office
• Strong communication and organizational abilities

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for customers via phone, email, and text while scheduling service calls
• Coordinate daily field schedules to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules in real time
• Provide timely, accurate job information and customer updates
• Maintain accurate customer records and communications in ServiceTitan
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure smooth operations
• Support outbound communications for estimates and maintenance opportunities
• Help meet KPIs related to response time, booking rate, and revenue
