THE INS AND OUTS OF YOUR NEW ROLE

THE SCHEDULE:

This position works a standard 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday schedule.

YOUR ROLE:

You are a link between our valued customers and our services, scheduling appointments, answering questions, and addressing complaints with finesse. You provide technical and engineering information to customers and prepare detailed proposals when requested. Prioritizing efficiency, you dispatch technicians to appointments, ensuring seamless service delivery. You accurately maintain up-to-date customer accounts and create new file folders. You are a pivotal asset in our success!

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in an office environment
• Excellent in-person, email, and phone communication skills
• Computer proficiency and ability to type 30+ WPM
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to attend 1 monthly Saturday meeting at our local corporate headquarters

A high school diploma or equivalent would be preferred. A college degree or dispatching experience would be a bonus. Experience with fieldwork software would also be a plus. Are you highly organized, focused, and detail-oriented? Can you work well independently? If so, we want you!
