Job Title: Delivery Driver & Brand Ambassador

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to operate a delivery van and handheld tablet device
• Must pass a DOT medical exam annually
• Good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., with or without accommodation
• At least 21 years old
• May require chauffeur's license in some states

Preferred Experience/Education:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Customer service experience
• Delivery driver experience

• Deliver orders to customers, ensuring excellent service and professionalism.
• Act as a brand ambassador, explaining Kroger's seamless experience and delivery process.
• Drive safely, adhering to Kroger's standards.
• Ensure timely delivery and product condition, resolving issues as needed.
• Maintain communication with customers regarding delivery status.
• Accurately record deliveries and assist fellow drivers if necessary.
• Monitor and record temperatures to comply with food safety regulations.
• Handle products safely, report breakages or contamination.
• Perform vehicle pre-inspections and report defects.
• Operate technology devices for mapping and customer interaction.
