Customer Service Delivery Driver - Groveland (Finance)

Serve as a brand ambassador, providing excellent customer service while delivering customer orders to the home. Minimum Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Annual DOT-regulated medical exam clearance
• Good driving record
• Ability to operate a delivery van and handheld tablet device
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
• At least 21 years old
• Chauffeur's license may be required in some states

Desired Previous Experience/Education:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Customer service experience
• Delivery driver experience

Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
2. Act as a Kroger brand ambassador, explaining our delivery process to customers.
3. Maintain professionalism and personal presentation.
4. Drive safely according to Kroger standards.
5. Deliver orders on time and in good condition, resolving issues proactively.
6. Communicate with customers about delivery status and issues.
7. Keep accurate records of deliveries.
8. Assist fellow drivers as needed.
9. Monitor and record food temperature to ensure safety standards.
10. Handle products safely, report any issues.
11. Perform pre-inspection of the vehicle and report defects.
12. Use technology devices provided for mapping and customer interaction.
13. Perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Salary Range: $19.52 per hour.
