Job summary

Domino’s Hampton, VA is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding service, take orders, and ensure a positive customer experience in a fast-paced store environment.

You will be the main contact for customers, handle orders with accuracy, and help keep the store clean, safe, and well-organized. The role emphasizes teamwork, cash handling, and rapid order entry using computer or touchscreen interfaces.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service ability.
• Prior experience in a customer service or applicable role preferred
• Ability to problem solve and resolve customer concerns and/or complaints
• Proven ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
• Must be able to make correct monetary change
• Excellent verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening.
• Must be 16 years of age or older
