Von Maur in Madison seeks a Customer Service Counter Associate to assist customers and support store services in a fast-paced department. You will greet customers, answer calls, and guide them to the right area, while providing service counter and account support.

Responsibilities include processing payments, handling customer orders for shipment, and maintaining a clean, organized counter. On-site availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts is required to ensure seamless customer
