Opportunity Summary:

This role involves utilizing the RBB (Restaurant BOM Builder) system to maintain restaurant attributes, research issues, and ensure correct Bills of Material (BOM) components are built and sent to restaurants, ensuring accurate recipes and distribution setup.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor restaurant product data quality and receipt issues.
  • Support restaurants and act as a liaison between various stakeholders including DCs, McDonald’s US Operations, and partners.
  • Maintain key data in the McDonald’s SMART system to ensure accurate order replenishments and cost tracking.
  • Address escalations related to system functionality and data integrity.
  • Monitor reports for data quality issues and support data accuracy for menu items and recipes.
  • Communicate updates and educate restaurants on data cleanup processes.
  • Perform analytical research on food cost reporting issues.
Happy Meal Management:
  • Oversee Happy Meal product planning, implementation, and promotion alignment.
  • Manage buyback and reimbursement processes.
  • Attend all related meetings and manage Toy report adjustments and auto shipments.
Qualifications:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in data entry and customer service.
  • Skills: Customer service, proficiency in Microsoft Office, voice technology, JD Edwards, leadership, attention to detail, inventory control systems, order processing.
