The Customer Service Coordinator interacts with customers in a courteous, efficient, friendly, and professional manner. Starting pay is $22.07 per hour.

What You'll Do

  • Promote and sell air travel to the public or freight forwarders
  • Assist with passenger check-in and cargo acceptance
  • Interpret government rules and requirements for domestic and international travel or cargo shipments
  • Meet and dispatch aircraft within established times
  • Assist distressed passengers and customers
  • Protect company property and revenue
  • Ensure safe travel
  • Use motor skills to perform various job-related tasks
  • Organize and perform multiple tasks within limited time
  • Be self-motivated with minimal supervision
  • Respond to security and emergency situations
  • Follow internal/external policies and procedures
  • Operate air stairs to enplane and deplane passengers, if required
  • Lead and direct work of other employees, if required
  • Perform Passenger Operation Control functions, including air-to-ground communication and Tower functions

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking, understanding)
  • Bilingual skills required in some locations
  • Valid driver’s license, if required by local authorities
  • Pass FAA criminal background checks for airport security access (SIDA), if applicable
  • Secure necessary airport and US Customs security badges, if applicable
  • Ability to work irregular and extended hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Report to work regularly and punctually
