Responsibilities

• Be the daily point of contact for questions, check-ins, and customer updates
• Support team with insights and updates to keep things running smoothly
• Help monitor and improve service using our CRM system
• Review invoices or service stops based on payment status
• Assist with training new hires and keep paperwork in order
• Join daily route check-ins and audit routes as needed
