Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Customer Service Consultant in Union City, GA. You will greet customers in person or by phone, determine needs, and provide guidance to ensure efficient, quality repairs.

You will support Collision Estimators with vehicle drop-offs, mapping/marking, and photographing, and arrange transportation or paperwork as needed. Strong communication with customers and vendors is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance to resolve customer questions and concerns.
• Assist Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking, and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork for repairs.
• Communicate with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure correct repairs and SOP adherence.
