Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Customer Service Consultant in Surprise, AZ. The role involves greeting customers in person or by phone, determining needs and responding with guidance and assistance.

You will support Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, and arranging transportation. You will prepare paperwork, manage deliveries, and communicate with customers, teammates and vendors while following SOPs and industry standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Ability to perform physical activity including lifting object over 50 lbs.
• Ability to understand instructions (written and verbal).
• Capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers as required.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare necessary paperwork.
