You will also handle money orders, lottery tickets, and transfers, manage returns, gift cards, and other transactions as needed, ensuring accuracy and friendly service.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience or related experience.
• Ability to operate electronic scanning cash registers and money-handling machines.
• Ability to count money accurately and communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate electronic scanning cash registers and process payments, discounts, and loyalty sign-ups.
• Provide customer service in accordance with store policies and maintain front-area cleanliness.
• Handle returns, sell gift cards and lotto tickets, and assist with other transactions as needed.
• Replace stock in display areas and adhere to the uniform and grooming policy.
