Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers, process payments, and apply discounts/coupons.
• Assist with Loyalty Program inquiries and sign-ups; sell gift cards and lotto tickets.
• Handle returns, money orders, and wire transfers; manage other transactions as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Customer Service Desk and front area; stock display areas.
• Follow uniform and grooming policy and support store operations.
