Job summary

New Pioneer Food Co-op is seeking a Customer Service Clerk to support daily store operations and help create a welcoming, organized, and positive experience for every customer. This position covers cashiering, stocking, customer assistance, food handling support, and maintaining clean, shopper-ready spaces, contributing to the store's smooth operation from entry to checkout.

About the Role

The Customer Service Clerk supports daily store operations while helping create a welcoming, organized, and positive experience for every customer.

This role works across multiple areas of the store including cashiering, stocking, customer assistance, food handling support, and maintaining clean and shopper ready spaces.

Customer Service Clerks play an important role in creating a smooth and enjoyable experience from entry to checkout while supporting the overall success of the store team.

What You Will Do

• Provide friendly, welcoming, and helpful customer service throughout the store
