Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative for cleaning and sanitation duties in Corvallis, Oregon. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, following safety protocols, and supporting the daily schedule.

You will work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure high standards of service. The job emphasizes physical readiness, ability to lift up to 35 pounds, and a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Bilingual a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees.
• Perform repetitive tasks.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules.
• Take direction and respond to supervision.
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
• Fill in during staff shortage.
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items.
• Use proper personal protective equipment.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction.
• Understand reporting systems, and of the environment.
