SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative focused on cleanliness and sanitation in the Menlo Park area. You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and maintain a safe, tidy environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety rules, and professional interaction with colleagues and customers. The position requires no strict education, with 3–6 months of training or experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education and/ or experience: No specific requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred, or equivalent.
• Certificates: valid driver’s license; safety and task training; forklift certification may be required.
• Knowledge, skills and abilities: bilingual a plus; read and interpret instructions and manuals; strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area and follow all safety protocols.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor and work as a team.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct; follow all company rules and procedures.
• Communicate professionally with leads, supervisors, coworkers and customers.
• Fill in during staff shortages and support shift lead on punch-list items.
• Use proper personal protective equipment and understand cleaning chemicals.
