Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP in Manassas, VA is seeking a Customer Service Representative responsible for cleaning and sanitation tasks across assigned areas. The role offers $17.50 per hour on a Tuesday-Saturday schedule.

Qualifications

• Education requirement is minimal; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and daily cleanup of assigned areas.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment as required.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct when speaking with staff and customers.
