Arrow Exterminators is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide uncompromised service support and administration to internal and external Service Center customers. You will handle incoming calls, schedule services, process payments, and update customer files, delivering a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Present a professional appearance.
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek.
• Willing to work minimal overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers.
• Handle incoming phone calls, schedule services, take payments, and update customer files.
• Connect with customers via outbound calls to ensure technicians are scheduled and accounts are paid.
• Maintain a team-focused approach to meet service center goals.
