Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide uncompromised service support and administration to internal and external Service Center customers. The role is hourly, commensurate with experience, and includes a robust benefits package.

As part of a family-owned company, you will join a team dedicated to excellent service, schedule appointments, process payments, and keep customer records up to date while delivering an outstanding experience to every caller.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Present a professional appearance.
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek.
• Willing to work minimal overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries and scheduling.
• Process payments and update customer files in the system.
• Coordinate with field technicians to schedule service visits.
• Maintain accurate service center records and provide exceptional customer service.
