Job summary

Domino's is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the friendly face of our store on East Dr. Full-time role offering opportunities to grow within the company and work in a fast-paced environment.

As a CSR, you will greet customers, take orders, prepare food, keep the store welcoming, and help the team wherever needed. Prior customer service or restaurant experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older (18+ may be required for specific tasks or shifts).
• Great communication and people skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Customer service or restaurant experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and over the phone with a friendly, positive attitude
• Take accurate food orders and enter them into our point-of-sale system
• Prepare food while maintaining Domino's quality and food safety standards
• Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming
• Handle customer concerns with care and professionalism
• Jump in wherever needed to support your team
