Job summary

Domino's is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at our Falls Rd location. This full-time role is the face of our brand, delivering friendly service and accurate orders in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older (18+ may be required for specific tasks or shifts).
• Great communication and people skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Customer service or restaurant experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and over the phone with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Take accurate food orders and enter them into our point-of-sale system.
• Prepare food while maintaining Domino's quality and food safety standards.
