Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks a friendly Cashier (Customer Service Associate) to be the first and final interaction for customers. You will greet shoppers, ring up purchases on the POS, handle returns and exchanges, and ensure an exceptional checkout experience in our store.

Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available. The role requires basic math, strong communication, and a customer-focused attitude; occasional travel to other stores may be requested to provide support.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Able to travel to other stores if needed.
• Able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Process checkout using the POS system and handle refunds/exchanges.
• Open and close registers and follow cash handling procedures.
• Answer phone according to guidelines and assist customers.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise as required.
