Basic Function

Operate cash register, assist with front line food preparation, wipe tables, and maintain cleanliness in the dining room and parking lot.

Personal Requirements, Skills, And Abilities
  • Some high school courses preferred.
  • Must be clean, neat, and well-groomed.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good hearing to work with customers and staff, including drive-through.
  • Honest and reliable.
  • Ability to follow instructions and read recipes.
  • Basic knowledge of fast food operations, cash register, and food prep procedures.
  • Attention to detail, ability to cope with pressure, and remain calm.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop during 90% of shift.
  • Manual dexterity for rapid and accurate work during rush hours.
  • Ability to ensure customer satisfaction through quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Ability to count money and give correct change.
