Job summary

Wingstop in California is seeking an outgoing Cashier to greet guests, take orders at the counter and over the phone using a POS system. You will balance cash drawers and help ensure accurate, prompt service in a fast-paced environment.

No prior restaurant experience is required, but a friendly, customer-service oriented attitude is essential; training is provided. Shifts vary, with part-time or full-time opportunities, in a lively team setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to lift 40 pounds.
• Flexibility in work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Guest Service Expert, you are the face and the voice of Wingstop to all of our Guests who walk into our restaurants, providing them with authentic, positive and genuine experiences.We're currently seeking outgoing CASHIERS with SMILING FACES.Cashiers at WingStop are responsible for greeting all of our guests, processing guests food orders at the counter and via phone using a POS system.Must be a good listener, pay attention to detail and willing to train and learn in a very fast paced work environment.Must be effective and efficient in cash handling and communicating with crew members and kitchen staff to ensure all of our guests receives their orders accurately and promptly.Our cashiers are also responsible for balancing their cash drawers, assisting and solving customer inquiries and correcting food orders, whenever necessary.Our ideal candidate must be a team player and available to work various shifts.MUST BE FRIENDLY and CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED.Customer Service / Cashier / FOH Crew Member / Team Member is generally offered as full time or part time restaurant job.Prior experience as customer service, cashier, associate, restaurant crew member, team member or other part time restaurant job experience is not required but is preferred.
