Chick-fil-A Team Members in Leander, Texas, are expected to deliver excellent restaurant operations and signature Chick-fil-A service in a friendly environment.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available; you’ll gain life experience while serving guests and contributing to a positive team culture. Opportunities for growth, scholarships, and competitive pay are included.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.
• Must be consistent and reliable.
• Must have a positive attitude.

• Must be able to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Execute front of house operations with excellence.
• Serve guests with great customer service.
• Be knowledgeable of assignments for all front of house stations (order taking, running orders, bagging, drink making).
• Complete checklists and tasks with excellence.
• Stock front of house inventory as needed.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on changes.
• Know and follow organizational standards.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
