Job summary

Natural Essentials, Inc., doing business as Bulk Apothecary, is seeking a Customer Service Call Center Representative for an onsite role in Ohio. You will handle calls, provide product information, resolve issues, and maintain customer records with confidentiality.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with a pay range of $16.50–$17 per hour depending on experience. Benefits are available after 90 days, including paid holidays, PTO, and health insurance options with zero deductibles

Responsibilities

• Provides product and service information to customers and resolves issues.
• Answers incoming calls and answers product and service questions; suggests information about other products and services.
• Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
• Maintains confidential customer records by updating account information.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying complaints, determining root cause, selecting best solution, and expediting correction or adjustment.
• Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing needs.
• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Other duties as assigned.

Customer Service Call Center Representative Job Description

• Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
• Answers incoming calls from customers; answering product and service questions, and suggesting information about other products and services.
• Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
• Maintains confidential and secure customer records by updating account information.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determines the root cause of the complaint or issue, selects and explains the best solution to solve the problem, expedites correction or adjustment, follows up to ensure resolution.
• Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
• Other duties as assigned.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM

Pay Range: $16.50-$17 per hour, and is dependent upon experience.
