Tube Forgings of America, Inc. (TFA) is seeking an organized Billing Clerk to generate and disperse customer invoices, adjust records, and support the Sales Team. You will handle shipping-related inquiries and prepare routine financial reports.

The role requires a detail-oriented individual with 6–12 months of billing experience, proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. On-site with comprehensive benefits and training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months of office and billing experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Effective listening and instruction-following skills.

Responsibilities

• Process, reconcile and disperse invoices and credit/debit invoices accurately.
• Provide daily, monthly and annual reports to management.
• Organize and maintain Sales Document Retention program.
• Maintain department digital files through current scanning program.
• Field customer calls.
• Investigate and resolve billing and freight related inquiries.
• Process customer orders.
• Coordinate orders to be shipped with warehouse personnel.
• Expedite orders and shipments.
• Develop commodity item RFQs using published pricing schedules and applicable customer discounts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
