Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. (Liberty) is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Merrick, NY to provide in-person, phone, and electronic service to customers. You will handle connects/disconnects, billing inquiries, and promote low-income and water efficiency programs.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of customer service experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Emergency responsiveness and flexible hours are expected.
