Job summary

SpartanNash is seeking a retail associate in Owosso, MI to bag groceries, assist customers, and provide carry-out service. You will retrieve carts, handle bottle areas, and keep the store area clean and stocked. This is a full-time on-site role with PPE and safety guidelines to follow.

We value good communication and a High School Diploma (GED) preferred, with a friendly, customer-focused attitude. Travel is not typically required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (GED) preferred.
• Good oral communication skills; ability to interact politely and effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Bag groceries and provide carry-out service to vehicles; retrieve carts from parking area.
• Empty bottle bins; clean bottle machines and bottle return area.
• Collect, return, clean and organize shopping carts; load groceries into customers’ vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, attractiv e and well stocked department; follow safety guidelines.
