Job summary

You will bag groceries, assist customers, stock bags, keep carts clean, and help maintain a clean and safe store environment. Training is provided at store level, and the role requires reliable attendance and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers
• Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of the job
• Place customers' purchases into bags
• Place filled bags in cart
• Carry customers purchase to cars
• Retrieve carts from parking lot
• Pick up paper and debris in the store, from parking lot, and from carts
• Stock bags on check stands
• Empty trash from check stands and service center
• Sweep and mop floors
• Return merchandise left at check-out to shelves
• Read and understand shelf tags
• Verify prices of merchandise
• Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of the store management
