AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly, hardworking Customer Service Attendant for a full-time, on-site role. You will handle deliveries, stock shelves and displays, rotate stock, and ensure proper storage of refrigerated items while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

You will interact with customers and team members, promote products, and uphold food safety and sanitation standards. A customer-focused, flexible, and team-oriented mindset is essential for success.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and organize deliveries at client locations.

• Monitor inventory needs and communicate shortages and preferences.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Customer Service Attendant, Full-time.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise, including soft drinks, bakery products, snacks, specialty foods and other foodservice products at client locations.
• Merchandise products according to established standards, ensuring shelves, coolers, vending machines and/or market displays and designated product areas are fully stocked, organized and visually appealing.
• Rotate merchandise and remove expired, damaged or stale products.
• Ensure refrigerated and perishable products are properly stored and maintained.
• Maintain attractive, clean and organized product displays and merchandising areas.
• Monitor product assortment and communicate inventory needs, shortages and customer preferences.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.
