Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly Customer Service Attendant for a full-time role with a Sunday–Wednesday schedule and Saturday 3pm–11pm. You will assist clients, stock vending machines, monitor cold storage, and ensure clean, workable spaces across client locations.

The successful candidate will promote products, work independently and as part of a team, maintain inventory, handle cash from machines, and provide excellent service.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with ability to engage customers and promote products.

• Clear, effective speaking with customers and employees.
• Ability to perform basic calculations in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and stock items at client locations.
• Fill vending machines and maintain inventory levels.
• Ensure proper refrigeration of cold items and maintain cleanliness.
• Handle cash from machines and monitor machine revenues.
• Promote products with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Provide excellent customer service and rapport at each location.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Customer Service Attendant. This is a full-time position with a schedule of Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Saturday 3pm-11pm .

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive delivery of items such as soft drinks, bakery products, snack items and specialty foods at client locations
• Fill vending machines to proper inventory levels with items such as soft drinks, pastries and packages foods
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers
• Ensure the refrigeration of all cold food products
• Oversee the ordering of merchandise and control inventory
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise
• Collect money, including coins and bills, from machines
• Communicate positively with customers by making eye contact and smiling
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines
• Maintain clean vending areas
