Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly, hard-working Customer Service Attendant to join our team in Drexel Gardens, Indiana. This part-time position offers a Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday 7am-2pm schedule, with opportunities for training and growth.

You will interact with customers, stock vending machines, maintain clean areas, handle transactions, and support smooth operations with a positive, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Receive delivery of items at client locations.
• Fill vending machines to proper inventory levels.
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers.
• Ensure refrigeration of all cold food products.
• Oversee ordering of merchandise and inventory control.
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise.
• Collect money from machines.
• Communicate positively with customers by eye contact and smiling.
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines.
• Maintain clean vending areas.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Customer Service Attendant. This is a part-time position with a schedule of Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday from 7am-2pm.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive delivery of items such as soft drinks, bakery products, snack items and specialty foods at client locations
• Fill vending machines to proper inventory levels with items such as soft drinks, pastries and packaged foods
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers
• Ensure the refrigeration of all cold food products
• Oversee the ordering of merchandise and control inventory
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise
• Collect money, including coins and bills, from machines
• Communicate positively with customers by making eye contact and smiling
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines
• Maintain clean vending areas
