Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a Customer Service Attendant for a full-time role. The position runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, at client locations where you will interact with customers and help keep product displays stocked and appealing.

You will merchandise products, rotate stock, and ensure proper storage of refrigerated items while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. This role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise at client locations.

• Maintain attractive, clean and organized product displays and merchandising areas.
• Monitor product assortment and communicate inventory needs and preferences.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain client relationships.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Customer Service Attendant, Full-time. This position is Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise, including soft drinks, bakery products, snacks, specialty foods and other foodservice products at client locations.
• Merchandise products according to established standards, ensuring shelves, coolers, vending machines and/or market displays and designated product areas are fully stocked, organized and visually appealing.
• Rotate merchandise and remove expired, damaged or stale products.
• Ensure refrigerated and perishable products are properly stored and maintained.
• Maintain attractive, clean and organized product displays and merchandising areas.
• Monitor product assortment and communicate inventory needs, shortages and customer preferences.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.
