AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly Customer Service Attendant for the 1st shift (Full-time, Monday–Friday). This role focuses on delivering courteous service to clients and maintaining organized, appealing displays at client locations.

You will handle deliveries, stocking, product rotations, and accurate calculations in multiple units, while following safety and sanitation standards. A positive team player with strong organizational skills will thrive in our family-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise at client locations.
• Merchandise products to keep shelves and displays stocked and attractive.
• Rotate merchandise and remove expired or stale products.
• Ensure refrigerated and perishable items are properly stored.
• Maintain clean and organized product displays and merchandising areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and build client relationships.
• Follow food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Customer Service Attendant, Full-time. This position is 1st shift, Monday-Friday.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise, including soft drinks, bakery products, snacks, specialty foods and other foodservice products at client locations.


• Merchandise products according to established standards, ensuring shelves, coolers, vending machines and/or market displays and designated product areas are fully stocked, organized and visually appealing.


• Rotate merchandise and remove expired, damaged or stale products.


• Ensure refrigerated and perishable products are properly stored and maintained.


• Maintain attractive, clean and organized product displays and merchandising areas.


• Monitor product assortment and communicate inventory needs, shortages and customer preferences.


• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.


• Follow all food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.
