Job summary

AVI Foodsystems in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a friendly Customer Service Attendant for a full-time role (Mon-Fri, 5am-1pm) to support client locations with welcoming service and accurate merchandising.

You will stock shelves, manage product displays, assist with inventory needs and ensure food safety standards while building positive relationships with customers and coworkers. This position includes benefits and growth opportunities.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Customer Service Attendant, Full-time. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 5am-1pm. This position is located in Alpharetta, GA.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise, including soft drinks, bakery products, snacks, specialty foods and other foodservice products at client locations.
• Merchandise products according to established standards, ensuring shelves, coolers, vending machines and/or market displays and designated product areas are fully stocked, organized and visually appealing.
• Rotate merchandise and remove expired, damaged or stale products.
• Ensure refrigerated and perishable products are properly stored and maintained.
• Maintain attractive, clean and organized product displays and merchandising areas.
• Monitor product assortment and communicate inventory needs, shortages and customer preferences.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.
