AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly Customer Service Attendant Floater to join our team across client locations. You will receive deliveries, stock displays, rotate products, and ensure refrigerated items are properly stored while maintaining attractive merchandising areas.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work independently or with a team, and reliable time management as you travel between locations using your own vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel between locations using own vehicle; gas card not provided.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Ability to speak effectively to customers and employees.
• Ability to perform calculations in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize deliveries at client locations.
• Merchandise products according to standards and keep displays stocked.
• Rotate merchandise and remove expired or damaged items.
• Ensure refrigerated and perishable products are properly stored.
• Maintain attractive, clean, and organized displays and areas.
• Monitor inventory and communicate shortages and customer preferences.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and build client relationships.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and merchandising standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise including soft drinks bakery products snacks specialty foods and other foodservice products at client locations
• Merchandise products according to established standards ensuring shelves coolers vending machines andor market displays and designated product areas are fully stocked organized and visually appealing
• Rotate merchandise and remove expired damaged or stale products
• Ensure refrigerated and perishable products are properly stored and maintained
• Maintain attractive clean and organized product displays and merchandising areas
• Monitor product assortment and communicate inventory needs shortages and customer preferences
• Provide friendly professional customer service and maintain positive client relationships
• Follow all food safety sanitation and merchandising standards

Requirements

• Ability to travel between various locations using your own personal vehicle company vehicle and gas card is not provided
