Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a Customer Service Attendant Floater to travel between client locations, stock shelves, and maintain inviting displays. You will ensure proper storage of perishables and provide friendly customer service while upholding food safety standards.

The role emphasizes independence and the ability to work with teams, promoting products and maintaining excellent client relationships across locations.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel between locations using own vehicle (company vehicle/gas card not provided).
• Outgoing personality with ability to promote products.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Ability to speak effectively to customers and employees.
• Ability to perform calculations in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise at client locations.
• Merchandise products according to standards with appealing displays.
• Rotate merchandise and remove expired or stale products.
• Ensure refrigerated and perishable products are stored properly.
• Maintain clean, organized product displays and merchandising areas.
• Monitor product assortment and communicate inventory needs and preferences.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and merchandising standards.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Customer Service Attendant Floater.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise, including soft drinks, bakery products, snacks, specialty foods and other foodservice products at client locations.
• Merchandise products according to established standards, ensuring shelves, coolers, vending machines and/or market displays and designated product areas are fully stocked, organized and visually appealing.
• Rotate merchandise and remove expired, damaged or stale products.
• Ensure refrigerated and perishable products are properly stored and maintained.
• Maintain attractive, clean and organized product displays and merchandising areas.
• Monitor product assortment and communicate inventory needs, shortages and customer preferences.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.

Requirements:
