Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a Customer Service Attendant Floater to support multiple client locations with friendly service and efficient merchandising.

You will travel to various sites, stock products, rotate inventory, and maintain attractive displays while upholding food safety standards. This role emphasizes customer interaction, teamwork, and reliable organization across locations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel between client locations using own vehicle; company vehicle and gas card not provided.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize deliveries at client locations.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to be visually appealing.
• Rotate merchandise and remove expired items.
• Ensure perishable products are stored properly.
• Maintain clean, organized merchandising areas.
• Monitor inventory and convey needs and preferences to clients.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and build client relationships.
• Follow all food safety and merchandising standards.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Customer Service Attendant Floater.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise, including soft drinks, bakery products, snacks, specialty foods and other foodservice products at client locations.
• Merchandise products according to established standards, ensuring shelves, coolers, vending machines and/or market displays and designated product areas are fully stocked, organized and visually appealing.
• Rotate merchandise and remove expired, damaged or stale products.
• Ensure refrigerated and perishable products are properly stored and maintained.
• Maintain attractive, clean and organized product displays and merchandising areas.
• Monitor product assortment and communicate inventory needs, shortages and customer preferences.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.

Requirements:

• Ability to travel between various locations using your own personal vehicle (company vehicle and gas card is not provided)
• Outgoing personality with the skills to promote products
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to speak effectively to customers and employees
• Ability to perform calculations in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
