Big Dan's Car Wash in Tampa, FL is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help deliver an outstanding, safe, and fast car wash experience. You will greet guests, operate the pay station, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for every visitor.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, able to stand for extended periods, and comfortable lifting up to 25 pounds. This role offers paid training, a fast-paced environment, and opportunities for advancement as the company expands.

The Customer Service Associate (CSA) plays a vital role in creating a top-tier car wash experience by ensuring every customer enjoys a safe, efficient, clean, and friendly visit. Key responsibilities include loading vehicles into the tunnel, maintaining the site’s cleanliness and appearance, operating the pay station with professionalism, warmly greeting guests, and assisting customers to ensure their needs are met with exceptional service.
